How payment works on the job
On most jobs there is no payment due until the work is 100% complete and you are satisfied. You should not pay for work you have not seen.
On larger jobs we may request a partial payment once materials have been delivered to your property. At that point the materials are already on site. The remaining balance is not due until the work is finished.
Financing through Magwitch is optional. Cash jobs still follow the terms above.

Magwitch is the lender. LB Roofing and Construction is not. Magwitch reviews the application and decides. We do not print rates here because Magwitch sets them, not us.
