What you get

  1. On-site inspection. We walk the roof, check flashing, decking, and ventilation, and take photos. We do not quote a full job off a picture.
  2. A written estimate. Itemized scope, materials, and price. No charge for the estimate. No obligation to book the work.
  3. A repair-or-replace answer. If a repair will hold, we say so. If the roof is done, we say that too. We will not sell a replacement to hit a quota.

On most jobs you do not pay until the work is finished. On larger jobs we may collect a partial payment when materials land on site. The balance is due when the roof is complete.

Published price ranges (context only)

This page is not a cost guide. Every number below is already published on our service pages, and none of them is your quote. On-site measurement is required.

  • Replacement with architectural asphalt shingles: $4.50–$7.50 per square foot installed. Pitch, material tier, tear-off, and decking repairs move that. Full size bands and process: Atlanta roof replacement.
  • Repair: $300–$900 for minor to medium work (flashing, vent boots, small leaks, isolated shingles). $1,500–$4,000 for larger repairs (big shingle loss, decking, multiple problem areas). Details: Atlanta roof repair.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The inspection and the written estimate are free. No charge if you decide not to hire us.

How soon will you contact me?

Form submissions are followed up within 24 hours to set the inspection. Same-day calls are often scheduled faster — 404-875-6222, Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm.

Do I need a replacement or a repair?

That is what the inspection is for. Age, leak pattern, and how much of the roof is involved decide it. We will not push a replacement if a repair will do. Read roof replacement or roof repair if you want the long version first.

Can you help with a storm insurance claim?

Yes. We document the damage and work with your carrier. The claim process is on storm damage insurance claims.

Do you estimate commercial roofs?

Yes. Offices, retail, and multi-unit buildings are commercial roofing. Use the same form.

Do you offer financing?

Ask us about financing when we are on site or when you call.

When do I pay if I hire you?

On most jobs, not until the work is 100% complete. On larger jobs we may collect a portion at material delivery. No payment is due for the estimate itself.
