Why Kennesaw roofs leak
Most of the housing stock is 1990s and early-2000s production homes: two-story traditional, 6/12 to 8/12 pitches, multiple valleys, and a ridge that takes Cobb County wind. Steeper roofs shed water well. They also take more wind at the ridge and the starter course. Missing shingles and blown ridge cap show up after the same storms that hit Marietta and Acworth.

Fast leak, shingle, flashing, and storm repair
Leaks. Water rarely drips where it entered. We trace it to failed flashing, a cracked pipe boot, a worn valley, or a missing shingle, then fix the source.
Shingles. Wind uplift, hail, and age crack, curl, or blow off tabs. We match color and profile when the product is still available so the repair does not advertise itself from the street.
Flashing. Chimneys, skylights, and valleys are where “mystery leaks” start. We re-flash with step and counter flashing, not a tube of caulk.
Storms. Emergency tarping same-day when the roof is open. Most repairs are scheduled within 24–48 hours of the free inspection. Most repairs finish the same day or the next day. Materials arrive early the morning of installation when the job needs more than a truck-stock patch.
